About Dr. Sachdeva
For decades, Namita Sachdeva, MD, has used her extensive training and expertise in internal and geriatric medicine to give her patients the highest quality of care. At Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine, in Peoria, Arizona, she pairs her top-tier health care delivery with a bedside manner that prioritizes respect and compassion.
Dr. Sachdeva completed her medical school training at Maulana Azad Medical College in New Delhi. She continued onto an internship and residency in New Delhi, both of which she completed before moving to South Africa.
In South Africa, she broadened her experience, working in trauma and emergency medicine. Next, she moved to the United States and completed both an internal medicine residency at Chicago’s Presence Saint Joseph Hospital, an affiliate of Northwestern University, and a one-year geriatric medicine fellowship at Indiana University in Indianapolis.
Seasoned in working with patients of a broad range of ages in a wide range of settings, she established her own private practice in Jeffersonville, Indiana.
Ultimately, Dr. Sachdeva decided to move to the Phoenix area. She practiced at Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, Arizona, where she won their Top Doc award in 2013. She then joined her husband, Ashish Sachdeva, MD, to lead Pinnacle Care Internal Medicine with an emphasis on high-quality and compassionate care.
Today, she serves her patients as a primary care provider and weight-loss specialist.
When Dr. Sachdeva isn’t with her patients, you can find her spending time with her family — including her three children — at the gym, listening to music, traveling, or enjoying a good book.
