NIKHITA SACHDEVA, MD
Dr. Nikhita Sachdeva earned her medical degree from St. George’s University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Abrazo Health, right here in Glendale. After training just down the street, she is excited to continue caring for individuals and families in the community she calls home.
She is currently accepting new patients and looks forward to providing compassionate, thoughtful care grounded in current, evidence-based medicine. She speaks English and medical Spanish.

Dr. Sachdeva believes excellent healthcare begins with understanding the whole person. She takes a collaborative approach that considers both physical and mental well-being, helping her patients feel their best and have the energy to live life to its fullest. Her clinical interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, and creating personalized treatment plans that reflect each patient’s individual needs, lifestyle, and goals.
During each visit, she strives to create a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and discussing their concerns openly. She values patient education and shared decision-making, taking the time to explain medical conditions, treatment options, and preventive recommendations in a way that is clear and approachable. Her goal is for every patient to leave feeling heard, informed, and confident in the next steps of their care.
She also recognizes that a patient’s health can be closely connected to the people who support them. When appropriate and desired by the patient, she welcomes collaboration with family members and other members of the healthcare team to provide thoughtful, coordinated care.
Personal Life
Born in St. Louis, Missouri, Dr. Sachdeva eventually made her way to beautiful Arizona and has proudly called it home for more than 15 years. Outside of medicine, she loves spending time with her family, traveling the world, practicing reformer Pilates, and taking long walks with her goldendoodle, Kobe. Most of all, she loves trying new
restaurants and, of course, rating them online.
