Each morning, as I immerse myself in meditation with Jeff Warren’s guidance, I embark on a journey inward, discovering facets of my being that often remain hidden in the hustle of daily life. Today, Jeff illuminated the concept of the “Four Medicines” that meditation graciously offers: concentration, clarity, equanimity, and care.
In those serene moments, I experience a profound focus that gently anchors my wandering thoughts, bringing a soothing calmness to my mind—a testament to the power of concentration.
